Forms
Capture leads and book meetings from your site — and see everything that comes in.
Lead capture forms
Embeddable, on-brand lead-capture forms. Every submission lands as a Company & Contact in the funnel.
Server-based collector
Send leads to Funnel One from your own website, backend, or any external system.
Create a server collector to get an ingest endpoint and API key, then POST your leads to it from any external system. Configure enrichment, validation, qualification, and routing in its Logic editor.
—
A valid email is always required. Set enrichment, validation, qualification, and routing in the collector's Logic editor.
Captured leads
Leads ingested through your server collector's endpoint.
Captured leads
Inbound leads captured from your forms and the lead-ingest API.
Meeting forms
Concierge booking forms — a prospect picks a time and the right rep gets routed the meeting.
Booked meetings
Every meeting a prospect books through your meeting forms — routed rep, time, and status.

My connections

Connect your Google Calendar so meetings can be booked on your behalf.

My F1 Agent
What your AI assistant remembers about you — its context, saved knowledge, and past conversations. Private to your account.
Context
Pinned context your assistant keeps in mind for every conversation.
Knowledge
Facts and preferences your assistant has saved about you. Forget any item at any time.
History
Your past conversations with the assistant across the app. Open one to see the messages.
Permanently delete everything your assistant remembers about you (saved context and knowledge). Your past conversations below are unaffected. This can't be undone.
Lifecycle
The full GTM lifecycle — from Cold prospecting through your deal pipeline to Closed Won/Lost.
General rules
Org-wide rules for how records move through the lifecycle.
Stages
Reorder, rename, and configure your lifecycle stages. Each stage belongs to a phase (Prospecting is company-level, Pipeline is deal-level) and can mark a handoff point. Prospecting stages auto-compute from signals, sequences, and outcomes.
These are Funnel One’s own stages. Mapping a CRM’s stages onto them lives in .
Won/Loss & qualification reasons
One taxonomy for the whole workspace. Reasons appear in the stage-change drawer's Reason field filtered by scope + category, and in the contact-disqualify prompt. Toggle “requires note” to force a free-text explanation.
Scoring
Build and tune the scoring models that grade every company and contact. Open a model to edit its rubrics in a focused editor with a live preview.
Assignment
Route every new company to the right rep by region and size. Build routing pods, set per-rep capacity, and choose how leads distribute and overflow when a pod is full.
Ownership rules
Ownership is mostly derived — Lifecycle decides which department owns each stage, pods resolve that to a rep. Set the few genuine rules here; edit only the exceptions.
Coverage
Who’s on right now, each teammate’s business-hours window today, and an “N of M available” count per team. Flip a teammate on or off here. Visibility only for now — availability doesn’t change lead routing yet.
No routing pods yet
Pods decide which rep picks up each new company, by region and size. Start with a full region × segment grid, or build one pod at a time.
Routing Pods
region × size band → the reps who receive assignments
Fallback pool
the default routing pod — who catches a booking that matches no pod
Distribution policy
How a lead is chosen a rep within a pool. Applies to every pool unless a pool overrides it in the editor.
Overflow & sweeps
What happens when every rep in a pool is at capacity, and how stuck leads get rescued.
New pod
GTM Taxonomy
Define your GTM regions and which countries belong to each. Every company is classified into a region — any country you don’t map falls to the “Other / Rest of World” catch-all, so nothing is ever left unclassified.
Regions
Your canonical GTM regions and the countries in each. Expand a region to reassign its countries; the locked “Other / Rest of World” region is the catch-all for unmapped countries.
Size Bands
Group companies into size tiers (SMB / MM / ENT, or your own labels). Choose whether the tiers are measured by employee count or GMV/revenue; existing companies re-classify automatically when you save.
ICP Bundles
Define a set of conditions once — “Mid-market Shopify Plus” — then use it as a value inside any segment, view, funnel condition or scoring rule. Editing a bundle changes every filter that uses it.
AI
Your AI configuration & knowledge.
AI Agent
The master switch for every AI feature in Funnel One. While this is off the agent answers nothing — whatever the capabilities below are set to.
Agent Capabilities
Which surfaces the agent is allowed to act on. Each of these only applies once Enable AI above is on.
Competitor names
When someone replies to a sequence email and names one of these companies, the reply is marked as mentioning a competitor. Up to 50 names.
A name is matched exactly, so Acme, Inc. and acme both match a listed Acme. A different company whose name starts the same — Acme Analytics — does not. To have a variant matched, add it as its own name.
Company Knowledge
This information is included in the agent's system prompt so it knows about your company.
Continuous Learning
The agent re-analyzes your company websites and knowledge automatically every night so it stays current. No action needed — the status below shows the last run.

Audit log
Every action your AI assistant takes across the workspace — who ran what, when, and whether it passed the confirmation gate. Admin-only and scoped to your organization.
Compliance visibility
By default each person's assistant conversations are private to them. Turn this on to let workspace admins review everyone's assistant chats — for regulated or supervised teams. Your organization only; this never exposes another organization's data.
Activity
Imports
Records imported from your connected CRM, plus every CSV import this workspace has run and any files you have uploaded but not finished.
Collaborator access
When someone requests collaborator access to your workspace they get time-boxed, audited access — you approve or deny each request, and can revoke a live grant at any time. Everything a collaborator does here is logged below.
Pending & active requests
Access log
Every collaborator access event for your organization — requested, approved, denied, revoked — with the collaborator, level, and time.
Enrichment
Configure how contacts and companies are enriched. These settings govern the Enrich buttons — single contact, company, and bulk — and Orchestrate enrichment nodes. Lead and booking forms run their own fixed enrichment and are not affected by anything on this page.
Master switch
Not yet enforced. Your choice is saved, but turning this off does not currently stop any enrichment from running.
1. CRM source
Your connected CRM is checked first — it's free and authoritative. Toggle off to skip it. This applies to the Enrich buttons and to Orchestrate enrichment nodes; lead and booking forms never check your CRM.
2. F1's Waterfall Enrichment
Contact enrichment falls back here when your CRM can't fill the gap, and lead and booking forms come straight here. Company enrichment never uses it — if your CRM has nothing, nothing is filled. The list below is the network's published set of sources, not a record of which ones ran on a given search: it works through its own internal order and returns a single result, so it can't be reordered here.
What to enrich
Choose which attributes enrichment is allowed to write. Unchecked attributes are never written.
AI Calling
Calling numbers and AI voice agents.
AI calling numbers
Numbers your AI voice agents dial out from as their caller ID. Buy one for your team, or assign it to a specific AI teammate from their drawer (Team → an AI member → AI voice → Calling number).

Email sending
Everything about how your workspace sends outbound email — your verified sending domain, the hours sends go out, per-channel volume limits, and which replies are auto-filtered.
Business hoursi
Outbound sends only go out inside this window. Applies workspace-wide.
Sending limitsi
Caps on how much email this workspace sends. Every cap here counts all sends together, across every mailbox — it is never a per-mailbox allowance, so adding mailboxes does not raise it. Warming up a new mailbox is a separate thing, handled automatically on its sending domain, and needs no cap here.
Reply Exclusion Keywords
Replies matching these keywords are auto-dismissed and excluded from analytics.
Website analytics
Add each website you track, paste its snippet on every page, and choose the domains allowed to send with it.
Reveal names the companies visiting your websites, and the people when they're in the US. It runs on Funnel One, so there's nothing to connect.
General
Workspace-wide preferences.

Privacy & Data
Manage your email subscription groups and this tenant's privacy controls.
Pre-submit person capture
When someone types their email into one of your forms, this decides whether we may capture and enrich that person's data (their profile and other personal details) before they submit the form. Off by default — a compliance safeguard. When off, no personal data is enriched or stored before submit. This does not change company pre-warm, which stays a per-form setting.
Subscription groups
The opt-in/opt-out buckets your emails are sent against. Contacts can unsubscribe from any group; the default group can't be deleted.
